April Break 2026

Flying Cloud Institute will hold a 3-day science, nature, and art exploration program during the April school break for children aged 7 to 13 years. It runs April 20-22, 2026, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, at the April Hill Education and Conservation Center in South Egremont. Participants will engage in science investigations, art projects, engineering challenges, and nature explorations. Activities might include, for example: day hikes, stop-motion animation, watercolor painting, run-around group games, robot programming, terrarium-building, and finding microscopic animals in the early Spring moss. Every day is a new adventure made of smaller adventures, designed to make great dinner time stories and lifelong memories while emboldening children to explore their world with new skills and refreshed wonder.
